Cancellation policy
- Until Februay 28, 2019: full reimbursement of registration fees, minus 35 euros processing charges.
- March, April, May, 2019: 50% reimbursement of registration fees.
- On or after June 1, 2019: no reimbursement of registration fees.
Cancellation by e-mail ONLY.
Cancellation penalty will be waived if a substitute registration is offered.
